    Note: this posting is for St. Stan’s Breweing and Stanislaus Brewing Company.

    Summary: Plan, direct, and coordinate sales operations for St. Stan’s Brewery, using direct sales as well as the Brewery for sales and marketing directives. Duties and responsibilities include formulating and executing sales strategy, managing daily sales calls, and planning integrated sales with our Taproom operation.

    Activities and Responsibilities
    Primary

    o Represent and promote St. Stan’s Brewing’s core values and product.
    o Develop or implement sales promotion strategies and plans in coordination with VP Operations and CEO.
    o Conduct sales calls & e-mail campaigns, make off-premise visits, and manage beer samplings with wholesale accounts.
    o Commitment to strong communication with Director of Operations and other team members
    o Coordinate activities between all departments for smooth and efficient implementation of brewing initiatives, sales initiatives, sales and marketing updates, and training programs for specific sales and marketing initiative roll outs.
    o Prepare, maintain and update sales logs.
    o Plan or direct activities such as sales promotions with any required coordination with Brewing operation or other sales / marketing efforts including design of collateral for review and approval by executive team.
    o Attend weekly meetings with CEO to discuss follow-up on all important items discussed in prior meetings and those that are directly/related to the company objectives.
    o Facilitate open discussions and communication with team members, and other business or vendor partners to improve organizational efficiencies and practices.
    Supplemental
    o Analyze sales collateral, cost of items, price of items, and movement to maintain the most profitable product mix for Brewery tasting room and direct sales.
    o Develop or implement product-marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns or sales promotions in coordination with VP Operations and CEO.
    o Attend annual events and company meetings as required.
    o Complete other tasks, projects and job duties as assigned and/or deemed appropriate to sales operation.

    o Marketing software such as graphical software, layout etc.
    o Laser printers
    o Notebook computers
    o Personal computers
    o Point-of-sale terminals and workstations
    o Accounting software (Intuit QuickBooks)

    o Calendar and scheduling software (esp Software Employee Schedule Partner; iMagic Restaurant Reservation)
    o Communications server software (Google Mail)

    o Office suite software (Microsoft Office) including Word processing software (Microsoft Word), Presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint), Excel etc.
    o Point-of-sale software (Digital Diner or other payment processing systems)

    Minimum Qualifications
    o Be 21 years of age or older
    o Sales experience in small businesses serving the public
    o Excellent basic mathematical skills
    o Able to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
    o Able to visit customers within reasonable sales territory
