Objective:
The Ambassador for Anna’s Cider is responsible for promoting and achieving sales goals in the assigned geographic territory. The Ambassador must understand the image of Anna’s Cider and have the tools to deliver the message to customers and increase cider sales. The Ambassador works with the Sales Director and (potentially) other sales representatives to implement programs and strategies to meet sales goals.
Responsibilities:
• Exhibit the highest levels of sincerity and professionalism in dealing with others.
• Attain sales for the assigned territorial area.
• Open new accounts, develop relationships with the accounts, and maintain contact with all accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and to promote re-orders.
• Write and maintain key account lists, and make placements and sales at these accounts.
• Educate accounts as to the unique characteristics of Anna’s Cider’s ciders, people, production methods, and how these characteristics set us above competitors.
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets. Communicate new sales strategies Sales Director.
• Conduct tastings at accounts to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Work with other salespeople and sales director in other regions to provide support when needed.
• Produce timely sales activity and expense reports.
• Cooperate with personnel in other departments to ensure the best overall results for the Cidery.
Requirements:
• Sales experience preferred
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to drive sales
• Highly organized, goal driven, with a desire for continuous improvement and learning
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of the three-tier system of alcohol distribution and competitors in the market. (We will provide training in this area.)
