THE OPEN ROAD
Mother Road Brewing Company seeks an entry-level brewer with 6 months+ of production brewing experience to aid us in the expansion of our mainline beer brands in the state of Arizona. Over the course of six years, we have grown from brewing 650 barrels in 2011 to 9,515 barrels in 2018, and now have the fermenter capacity to brew 15,000 barrels in 2019.
As a Brewer I, you will work with a talented team to brew distinguished beers. We are curious, continuously improving our beer and brewery through experimentation and open dialogue. By this, you will have many opportunities to directly influence and contribute to our processes. On a typical day, you may find yourself dry-hopping, performing transfers, kegging/ keg cleaning, brewery CIP/SIP, or packaging on our Twin Monkeys 16oz canning line.

The winning candidate will be able to demonstrate their alignment with our values, have at least 6+ months of brewing, distilling or wine making experience, and express interest in long-term growth with the Mother Road story. Brewing education may be considered in lieu of experience.
