    Invictus Brewing Co is hiring a Sales Representative to join our team. This is a new position created for an experienced individual to distribute our beer to off-premise accounts and promote the Invictus brand at on-site and off-site events.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Understand and embrace Invictus Brewing Company’s core values, purpose, brand and philosophies.
    • Identify new account prospects
    • Establish and maintain new customer relationships within the assigned coverage area.
    • Maintain constant communication and positive relationships with management, production staff, front-line staff, retailers and community organizations
    • Sell and deliver beer to local bars, restaurants and retail stores.
    • Plan and attend community outreach events including: Tastings, Trainings, Events, Festivals, etc.
    • Perform administrative tasks as assigned (expense reports, monthly work calendar, establish distribution targets and schedules, evaluate discount programs, conduct price surveys, help implement software systems, etc.)
    • Maintain professional image and demeanor at all times.
    • Maintain and report an expense budget within the given parameters.
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications and Skills
    • Strong knowledge of and passion for craft beer, the brewing process and the local craft beer culture
    • Two years’ minimum experience working in the three-tier distribution system either with a beer wholesaler or beer supplier.
    • Organized, Self-Motivated, Efficient and has a high standard for Customer Service
    • Great relationship building personality
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the craft beverage industry
    • Ability to keep up with trends in the craft beer industry such as: social media, pricing, new product launches, upcoming events and innovative marketing/sales techniques
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Reliable car and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
    • Ability to work flexible schedule including occasional nights and weekends
    • Excellent organizational, planning, and sales skills
    • Excellent oral, analytical, written, and communication skills
    • Must be able to lift and move 35-pound cases as well as maneuver and place 168-pound kegs
    • Travel is required

    Work Environment
    This job operates in a casual yet professional work environment. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
    • Work will be done in a home office, in a vehicle, at the brewery, or in the field.
    • Consistent visits to bars, restaurants, retail accounts and event/festival venues will be required
