Working on a 48 state brewery tour. Ideally I’d like to work a week in each state for an independent brewery. Will be documenting the journey while traveling with a small camping trailer. No job turned down- I’ll scrub tanks, pour beers, brew or any other job you need done!
Currently in the planning phase- looking to begin the journey late 2019/early 2020.
I’m a 5 year professional production brewer with experience on 50bbl/4 vessel dme systems, as well as 15bbl/2 vessel homemade manual brewhouses. Comfortable in fv and brite tank CIPs, Alfa laval centrifuge and plate and frame filtering. Also experienced in extensive beer lab procedures including bottling line operations.
