    Floor Plans

    When submitting TTB floor plans, should you include electrical and glycol lines?

    BTW Brewery is electric fired

    No, they only care about the brewhouse, tanks, bonded areas and tax determined storage areas. Key thing to remember about TTB, they dont regulate anything but what goes into the beer and how you pay taxes on it. So all of the drawings should be focused in a way that is simple, and shows where bonded and tax paid areas are.

    What does "Bonding areas" mean?

    A bonded area is anywhere you store taxable beer. TTB requires it to be labeled as such and be able to be secured with a lock, but I think that's the only requirement.

    Bonded = no tax yet paid / non-taxpaid. You also need to separate non-taxpaid beer from taxpaid beer, and from spirits, wine, etc. Generally you cannot store taxpaid alcohol beverages in the bonded area.
