    We are looking to hire a full-time tasting room manager who wants to join our brewery family.     Primary Tasks:
    • Attention to customer experience
    • Supervising all tasting room staff
    • Opening/closing tasting room
    • Serving beer and other drinks
    • Preparing and serving our limited food menu
    • Operating POS systems and having some computer skills
    • Staff Scheduling including for off site events
    • Recruiting and hiring of new staff as required
    • Purchasing food and tasting room supplies
    • Purchasing, stocking, and inventory of onsite merchandise and sales
    • Scheduling of food trucks, music, and other events at the brewery
    • Work with sales and marketing folks on social media postings and tasting room appearances
    • Work with Head Brewer on beer availability and inventory for the tasting room
    • Appreciate and manage the unique nature of our farm brewery as it fits into ongoing equestrian farm operations
    • SOP and document creation and management
    • Checklist supervising
    • Training staff on new and updated policy
    • Occasional help in the brewery for packaging, botting, deliveries, and general upkeep of the brewery area
    • Responding to requests for private events, charity contributions, and other requests that come in.


    Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Alcohol Server Certification (TIPS Training)
    • 3-5 years of service industry experience
    • Knowledge of beer styles
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
    • Positive and outgoing attitude
    • Basic computer skills (Word and Excel)
    • Hands-on mentality
    • Strong communication skills
    • Able to move and load 1/2BBL kegs and work in a cold room
    • Anticipated Hours (M-Off, T-Off, W – 9-5, T 1-9, F 1-9, Sat 12-9, Sun 12-7)
