    Hey folks...

    Would like to attempt spunding a 5bbl batch in a 10bbl fermenter.
    Any suggestions on when to bung with all that headspace???
    Any practices, tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated!!!

    Not much to go on here....

    So many variables including OG, FG, headspace, etc. If you have a proper spunding device, then spund at 2P above FG and use trial and error. What's the worst that could happen? Slightly undercarbonated in the unitank? Bubbling spunding device? Should be able to dial this in within 2-3 batches.
