Duties to include
Complete daily tasks outlined by the Head Brewer. Follow policies and procedures without deviation. Complete necessary paperwork for specific tasks diligently. Document and report changes in inventory. Work with the Head Brewer and other staff members to complete production goals.
Ideal Qualifications
Warehouse/Shipping Ability to work all shifts, additional hours & weekends as necessary
Strong mechanical background, including troubleshooting ability and equipment operation experience
Willingness to work hard in a fast-paced environment with high volume growth potential
Strong communication skills
Team-oriented
Ability to manage others to strong outcomes
High degree of intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
Brewery experience Preferred
