I am searching for a job as Cellarperson, Asst. Brewer, or Brewer starting in mid-July/early August in the Bay Area, CA, specifically East Bay or in The City. I have a year of commercial experience working in all facets of cellaring, brewing, and packaging, specifically canning. I had also been homebrewing 6 years prior to my professional brewing career.
As part of a small start up brewery, I was involved in every aspect of the brewing process from grain to glass. We use a 2-vessel, 15 BBL direct fire brewhouse and 15 BBL BT & FVs and 30 BBL FVs.
