Riptide Brewing Company is looking for a brewer. Must have experience in all aspects of a commercial brewing operation with distribution. The brewer will be in charge of the following; Brewing, scheduling, ordering of raw goods, inventory control, records keeping, monthly state reporting, quarterly federal reporting, CIP of all brew house equipment including fermenters and bright tanks. Packaging of finished goods for distribution, keg washing and storage. General maintenance of chiller, tap lines, pumps, grinder, CO2 equipment, keg washer and various brewery related items. Cleaning of general brewing area, walk-in and storage yard. This is a hands on operation and you will be working mostly alone. We have several core beers but always have different, one of kind beers on tap so the ability to create recipes and "treat" beers is a must.
