Award winning head brewer with over 8 years of experience, including schooling, looking for a position in the NYC area. Managed everything from brewpubs to 7kbbl/year production spaces with multiple team members (and everything that comes along with it). Looking for a position with the ability to have large creative input into the beautiful beers that are produced; Focus on mix-fermentation/wilds/sours, barrel aging, and openness for trying new styles would be a huge plus, but love a damn fine German Pilsner at the end of the day too.
