Eddyline Brewing Sales Representative - Colorado
Eddyline Brewery is hiring a Brewery Representative.
We are looking for someone with an exceptional work ethic, extensive passion for craft beer, knowledge of breweries and beer styles, and the ability to grow Eddyline Brewing’s business at the distribution and sales level. This position will require a dynamic person who can work on both the distribution support side of our business as well as the self-distribution side, selling and delivering product. The primary area will focus on the Southern Front Range area(s).
Duties
- Increase Eddyline sales while maximizing sales price in the most cost-effective manner.
- Build brand awareness and recognition with assistance from Eddyline team
- Represent Eddyline in a professional manner.
- Improve communication between Eddyline and Distributors.
- Provide feedback and assist in decision making for future beer releases.
- Provide insight into future marketing strategies.
- Facilitate sales for on and off premise accounts, including orders, delivery, and account status.
- Execute sales strategies as determined by management.
- Grow brand distribution in local retail outlets.
- Facilitate distributor to open new account business.
- Plan routes to ensure all accounts are regularly seen.
- Assist with promotional calendar to drive sales and distribution – performing at least one on or off premise event weekly.
- Communicate relevant information to manager regarding accounts, products, opportunities, etc.
- Participate in regular sales meetings to help create sales goals and report on sales trends
- Understand and communicate the company’s mission to customers, distributors and the public.
- Promote POS products and account display.
- Participate in festivals and promotional events.
Qualifications
- 1+ yrs experience in selling craft beer
- Must be able to lift 25-pound cases repeatedly, as well as maneuver and place 168-lb kegs.
- Extensive car travel required, with approximately 3 nights/month overnight travel on average.
- The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license free of any major violations in the last three years. Selected candidate must pass a post offer, pre-employment background check.
