Chinese Keg washer help - model JKM-WM30 Keg Washer

Hi,
Wondering if anyone has used a washer from JKM Machinery. It was bought a few years ago and the previous brewers never looked into getting it up and running. So im trying to. It doesn't seem to be working properly, but to be fair, Ive never used one before. Any help would be great.

The 2 main problems so far during my test run:

1. The rinse/caustic/sanitize cycle barely shoot out much water. the pressure is definitely not enough clean a keg, let alone make it up the spear on an upside down keg.
2. The compressed air and and CO2 don't come out at all. Not sure if the valves are clicking on correctly or what. You can hear them click, but nothing happens.

figured I'd update. Spoke to the manufacturer. Took a while for back and forth correspondences as they are in China. But got it up and running and things seem to work well. The issue seemed to be not enough PSI coming from my air compressor to trigger the valves. Will update the thread as I use the machine and see how it holds up with regular use.
