Revision Brewing in Sparks, Nevada is seeking a Cellar Operator to join our crew. Since our first brew in March of 2017, we have grown to 20,000 barrels in capacity, expanded distribution to over 10 states and 3 countries, and garnered many awards including the 2018 World Beer Cup Silver for our DIPA and Gold for our IPA. Cellar duties include harvesting yeast, dry hopping, cleaning tanks, transferring, filtering, and carbonating beer. Professional experience is preferred, and a passion for craft beer is a must. Ability to multitask is required.
We offer competitive wages, paid vacation, partial health care coverage, and yearly bonuses. Candidates must be able to work any shift including weekends and holidays. Work can take place in a loud/wet/cold/hot environment, and strict adherence to safety standards is essential.
Physical requirements include:
-Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, kneel, crouch.
-Ability to work safely with potentially hazardous chemicals.
-Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
