    Perfect Plain Brewing Co., a brewery established in 2017 in Pensacola, Fla., is seeking a full-time, highly experienced, motivated and passionate Head Brewer to join our team. The Head Brewer will be responsible for all brewing and fermentation production and will be a direct report for the assistant brewer. Production and planning efforts will be collaborative and inclusive with a tight knit management team focused on employee engagement and a strong company culture. Candidates with experience in barrel aging preferred. Compensation will be highly competitive. Stock options, salary and position growth will be commensurate with experience and level of expertise.

    Perfect Plain Brewing Co., operates a 10BBL production brewhouse, 1BBL pilot system, and an established cooperage program including clean and sour beer production. Perfect Plain produced approximately 600 barrels in 2018, becoming one of the busiest taprooms in the state of Florida in its first year of operation. In 2019, PPBC is planning rapid expansion into starting its own distribution company and the addition of taproom locations in our region. PPBC is currently expanding its 5,400 square foot location in the heart of downtown taproom to include a beer and cocktail outdoor garden, a private event space, a brand new laboratory and a barrel warehouse in a former horse stable that will be newly renovated.

    Pensacola, world renowned for its beaches while now experiencing a downtown renaissance, is located in the Northwestern corner of Florida. This year Pensacola was rated as one of 30 best cities in the nation according to National Geographic.

    Preferred Credentials:
    Has at least 3+ years of commercial production brewery experience
    Is comfortable with Recipe Development
    Has experience with production forecasting and scheduling
    Can lead others
