    General
    Must be excellent at multi-tasking and juggling needs.

    Self-starter, forward thinking, takes ownership of all necessary tasks.
    Expert understanding of cider and fermentation science and processes.
    Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    Working knowledge of cidery equipment and general knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, refrigeration, and plumbing.
    Spreadsheet and computer proficient.
    Expert ability in managing to a budget, spreadsheets and P & L’s.
    Live or want to move to Fort Collins.

    Job Responsibility: Making great cider!
    Lead all day-to-day activities necessary to produce high quality, consistent cider.
    Assist in ordering raw materials and work to reduce costs of purchases.
    Schedule fermentation tanks and cidery equipment.
    Manage and schedule assistant or assistants.
    Keep the walk in cooler stocked, organized and clean.
    Prepare invoices for distributors and out of area sales.
    Work with Jennifer on fermentation and continually improve cider and education.
    Manage inventory, including keeping, forecasting needs, assist, and order raw materials and chemicals.
    Manage incoming orders and deliveries.
    Continually maintain and develop SOP’s, OSHA compliance, HACCP and FSMA plans, and standards and effectively communicate them to staff.
    Develop new products and manage production costs.
    Assist with filing TTB and state reports.
    Work with other managers and sales staff to facilitate events.
    Occasionally staff cider events.
    Work with executive team on branding, vision, production, and growth.
    Maintain cider production facility is clean, professional working conditions.

    Specific requirements:
    Must be 21 years or older.
    Must be proficient or quick learner in the operation of keg washers, tank sanitation, filtering including cross flow filters, canning, and manual bottlers.
    Evenings and weekend availability when necessary. Flexible schedule is a must.
    Ability to move 150 pounds and lift 75 pounds, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, work in wet, confined and slick surfaces in the heat and the cold.
    Ability to climb and work on a ladder.
    Ability to stand for entire shift.
    Minimum of three years experience in alcoholic beverage industry.

    Salary range: $32,000-$38,000 depending on experience. Production bonuses may be available.
