After five years in the brewing industry it is time for me to take it to the next level. I am ready to take over a team and implement the systems and processes that I have learned over the last five years. My experience ranges everywhere from packaging line technician to brewer to yeast culture specialist to microbiology specialist. I have experience working within both small and large breweries, experience with in yeast culture labs, and experience leading teams. My expertise is specifically in brewers yeast and I use my extensive knowledge of yeast performance to produce beer as efficiently as possible at a very high quality standard.
