We are in need of an experienced part time brewer at THE YOERG BREWING COMPANY in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
We are a lager specialist, with a Steam Beer and a Bock Beer on the market, and have just opened our brewery/wine bar/restaurant on the Dayton's Bluff Hill outside of Downtown Saint Paul. We are going to be brewing a wide range of lagers and ales; including a Rauchbier, Roggenbier, Hefeweisse, Doppelbock, Vienna Lager, Helles amongst others -
The hours are very flexible, and we can work around another full time job with ease. We just need a dedicated person with experience in old world beer styles.
