City Lights Brewing Co in Milwaukee, WI is expanding! We are a full scale production brewery with a 30 bbl brew house and capacity for 15,000 bbls annually. We are looking to fill a full time position as we expand into new markets, and grow in current markets
Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Keg cleaning/sanitizing
-Keg filling
-Assistance on canning line
-Working beer festivals
-Working special tastings at accounts
-Giving brewery tours (if comfortable)
-Cellar work: cleaning/sanitizing tanks
-Brewer's assistant/Brewing
Requirements:
-A positive "can-do" attitude
-Willingness to learn new/different skills
-Ability to lift/move full 1/2 bbl kegs
-Ability to work well in a team environment
-Quick learner
-Transportation
-Familiarity with craft beer
-Ability to drive/learn to drive fork lift
-Previous brewery experience is a huge plus/lab work bigger plus
