Valholl Brewing in Poulsbo, WA is looking to add another motivated brewer to the team.
Valholl is a small brewery in Poulsbo, Washington, on the beautiful Kitsap Peninsula. We are looking to further the growth of our nationally recognized and award winning brand. We are a small team of dedicated beer professionals; A positive attitude is a must!!
Our Brewing System:
7bbl skid mounted steam brew house equipped with mash rakes
6- 7bbl fermentation tanks
2- 15bbl fermentation tanks
4- 7bbl single shell brite tanks
Valholl currently produces beer for our Brewery Taproom, our Outpost Taproom, greater Seattle self distribution, and Columbia distribution to Jefferson, Kitsap, and Pierce counties
Brewer Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Responsibility for all aspects of brewing operations, from managing inventory of raw materials, through wort production, low oxygen transfers, carbonation monitoring, bottling, canning, etc.
-Must work seamlessly with sales and distribution team to insure product quality and availability
-Must manage and be responsible for all inventory, from raw materials through final product
-Must have full availability, including nights and weekends. Including travel to brewery sponsored and hosted events
-Must be physically able to handle to duties of working in a production brewery
Required Experience
Minimum, two years relevant brewing experience Required
Brewing related degree, or certificate preferred
