Roadhouse Brewing Co., a growing microbrewery with employee ownership located in Jackson Hole, WY, is seeking an experienced and energetic individual to join our team as Production Manager. Roadhouse is focused on strategically growing by continuing to develop quality products and a highly visible brand, and investing in and developing our people. We recently expanded our production facility to a capacity of 30,000 BBLs and have launched our canning program with a 6-head PS Angelus canning line, SKA depalletizer and automated Paktecher to round out our packaging mix of stubby bottle 6pks, bottle-conditioned Belgian-style beers and large format barrel and foeder aged sours. We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a dynamic team and unique production operation.
Leadership Responsibilities:
Lead production staff with clear communication, competence, and energy;
Carry out the company’s vision by continuing to develop a premium craft brand with quality at the front of mind;
Work with all internal departments and suppliers and distributors to build successful inventory pars and manage COGS ordering;
Act and be seen as a source of knowledge and inspiration to those you work with;
Develop performance and productivity metrics with the COO and hold team members accountable for achieving goals.
Job Requirements:
3+ years production management experience in the craft brewing industry, preferably with a brewery that has experienced quick and sustained growth patterns;
A work ethic aligned with, and supportive of a high growth organization;
A passion for our business and our products;
Systematic, organized and process-based approaches to production;
Orchestrated Beer experience a plus;
Mechanical aptitude necessary;
Exceptional analytical, decision making and problem solving skills;
Professional communication and leadership skills;
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. safely.
Compensation is salary based. Benefits include 100% health and dental insurance coverage, 4 weeks PTO, ESOP, affiliate discount programs, and free beer.
