Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in wort production
• Cellaring duties (Transferring finished beer, carbonating, kegging, CIP, filtration maintaining fermentation logs and controls)
• Cleaning (Brewhouse CIP)
• Operation of motorized pallet jack
• Maintaining clean and orderly inventory
• Grain milling
• Assisting on canning runs using a Wild Goose canning machine
Qualifications
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• At least 2 years of brewery experience
• Ability to lift 55 lbs. to shoulder height
• Ability to operate various brewhouse valves and hoses
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Willing to work odd hours including early mornings, late evenings and some weekends
