Job Description:OMNI Brewing Co. is looking for a fun and motivated individual to join the OMNI team as a Shift Brewer/Cellar. This position will execute wort production , assist cleanliness of back of house and CIP/Sanitize cellar tanks (Fermenters and Brites). Assist in packaging, carbonation, and CIP operations. OMNI is looking for a candidate that is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about brewing operations and currently or recently employed in a similar role or has completed coursework relevant to brewing or fermentation science. This role is 30+ hours per week, is a late start position (10 or 11 AM), and includes benefits

Responsibilities:
- Safely clean (CIP) and sanitize fermenters, brite tanks, and associated equipment for fermentation and carbonation
- Brew wort under the direction of Head Brewer and Lead Brewer
- Maintain detailed records of ingredients and fermentations
- Assist in carbonation and packaging of beer (both kegs and canning)
- Assist in maintaining a clean work environment (this means scrubbing floors, tanks, trench drains, etc.!)
- Other tasks as assigned (Clean taplines, deliver beer, work festivals, etc.) – All at OMNI are flexible team players
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented, clean, thorough
- Craft Beer enthusiast and knowledge of the industry.
- Available to work during normal business hours and perhaps some evenings/weekends as needed for production
- 1+ years experience working in cellar or wort production operations at another brewery or coursework from a brewing school (Siebel, ABG, UC-Davis, etc.)
