Looking for a brewer to help handle all aspects of the brewing process, from inventory to recipe development, quality control, packaging and everything in between. Located in the heart of the Green Mountains and one of the beer capitals of the world, the area has a million things to offer a brewer. We are now 5 years old and have a beautiful 15bbl brewhouse in a commercial setting with 180 bbl of fermentation capacity, and also a 7 bbl copper-clad system in a pub setting .5 miles away. We currently brew 1-3 times per week, and use a mobile canning service.
The right individual will be detail oriented with very high standards, easy to get along with, and someone who looks for solutions rather than problems. Able to work alone and with several people is also necessary, punctual and pre-wired to always do the right thing when no one is looking.
