Based in the Greater Boston area. Currently heading up brewing and day-to-day ops at an approx. 3,600 bbl/year brewery. While I'm satisfied creatively and financially, several factors have caused me to begin seeking other opportunities.
Well-versed in nearly all aspects of production brewing, including recipe formulation, expansion, planning and scheduling, training new brewers, cellar work, and bottle and keg conditioning. My skills lie especially in streamlining production and cellaring, and solving problems that exist. I'm also known for bringing quality up beyond expectations and previous levels.
