    High Alpine Brewing Company in beautiful Gunnison, CO is hiring a General Manager.

    Duties include, but are not limited to:
    Oversee day-to-day operations of the company.
    Knowledge of budgets, inventory’s and cost controls for FOH and BOH.
    Manage achievement of sales, costs, quality, service, facility appearance, sanitation and cleanliness standards.
    Sourcing and purchasing of merchandise, perishable and non-perishable goods.
    Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
    Menu development in collaboration with Executive Chef.
    Ensure all required compliance is adhered to in a timely and orderly manner.
    Ensuring all company records are maintained and well organized.
    Develop and implement policies and standard operating procedures in collaboration with entire management team.
    Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; determining and implementing system improvements.
    Complete restaurant objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
    Supervise and mentor staff.

    Qualifications:
    Must have 3+ years General Manager experience, preferably brewpub experience. Experience must include staffing, purchasing and cost management.
    High school graduate or equivalent. Undergrad degree or advanced preferred.
    In depth knowledge of and experience complying with health, food safety and liquor license regulations and guidelines.
    Must have experience analyzing financial data and forecasting.
    Must have ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
    Working knowledge and skills (preferably intermediate or above) with computer programs included but not limited to Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
    Ability to collaborate well with others as well as independently as necessary.

    Pay is commensurate on experience, starting at $45,000. Health care plan, paid time off and other benefits included.
