If you are an energetic, self-motivated leader with bottling equipment experience and electrical, plumbing and light welding knowledge, this may be the job for you.
Job Summary
Responsible for keeping production equipment functional and in good repair. Performs electrical, plumbing, light welding and preventative maintenance duties throughout the facility and packaging line.
General Accountability
-Assess the current condition of electrical, air conditioning, plumbing and other essential facilities and equipment.
-Diagnose equipment challenges and form a validated opinion before beginning major repairs.
-Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all packaging line equipment.
-Maintain accurate records of the condition of all equipment and systems in the building.
-Ensure that all the equipment and other facilities are working properly.
-Initiate interventions to solve problems in the facilities.
-Prepare pertinent records and reports as needed.
-Timely communication regarding issues and material needs with Senior management.
-Timely documentation of work performed to be used for future trending tracking within the organization.
-Educate the production staff on the proper use and care of its equipment and other facilities.
-Cleaning/organization of all maintenance related materials and parts.
Skills

-Good professional communication with all throughout the organization.
-Accept accountability.
-Good judgment and decision making.
-Good time management.
-Complex problem solving.
-Basic blue print understanding is a plus.
-Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word is a plus.
