  • What is this?

    I do not know what this is? It has one 11/2" outlet at the bottom and one threaded connection on the top. The kind you would put a stainless quick disconnect maybe.Click image for larger version

    I've seen weird little vessels like that included with several Chinese-made brewhouses. The one we got was on a little cart. They're typically explained as yeast brinks. Not sure I would use it for that.

        Exactly what I thought. Maybe I'll find a use for it sometime but not as a yeast brink. Thanks!

          Not sure what the top vessel is but bottom pipe with a China hat on top is a wort spreader. Used to recirc the wort during the boil for better evaporation and boiloff of volatile compounds to my knowledge
