We are a small craft brewery located on Long Island's North Shore. With a small tasting room and outdoor area we are quickly becoming a popular destination for locals and craft beer enthusiasts alike. Anticipating a busy summer season we are increasing our tank capacity 50%.
We are looking to fill a Full Time Brewer position. This is an entry level position but there is opportunity for more experienced brewers as well.
-No experience necessary but a passion for great beer required.
-21 years or older
-Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
-Ability to repeatedly lift up to 55 lb independently and team lift up to 160 lb
Duties:
-Assist Head Brewer with wort production
-Conduct routine cellar tasks such as transferring beer and packaging
-Clean Kegs and Tanks and lots of other things
-Deliver beer to local accounts
-Help in tap room and at events as needed
