We are Espiga Brewery form Catalonia, Barcelona. We are looking for a Brewer assistant.
Description of the job offer:
We are looking for a dynamic, responsible person with knowledge of electromechanics and professional experience of at least one year in production lines as a technician and responsible for maintenance. Preferably from the beverage industry and in particular brewery. Knowledge and courses in beer are valued: IBD, SIEBEL etc.
Experience of at least 2 years in >= 1000L/batch microbrewery will be taken into account.

Necessary requirements for the job:
-Knowledge of electromechanics (pneumatic automation, hydraulic, electrical automation, assembly and mechanical maintenance)
-Experience in production lines
-Interest and knowledge about the craft brewing world and about the brewing process.
Functions for the job:
1) Person in charge of maintenance of the production plant
-Electromechanical
-Bottling and labelling line
-Maintenance of machines
-Maintenance tasks of the production plant.
2) Production support:
-Control of brewing process
-Milling, Mashing, Boiling and transferring.
-Fermentation control
-Preparation of bottling and labeling
-Bottling and labelling control.
Annual gross salary: 15,000-17,000 €
