Packaging Technician

We are looking to fill a full-time packaging position. While this is an entry level position, future opportunities to work in other brewing roles (cellaring/brewing) exist for the right candidate.
Odd13 has a great work environment for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual. Mechanical ability and experience in a production environment a plus. Variable shift schedule (nights and weekends possible) depending on production needs. We are looking for someone who adheres to and advances a working culture with safety in mind. This is a full time position (32+ hours/week).
Ideal candidates will exemplify the following characteristics:
Strong passion for all things beer
Strong, ambitious work ethic
Ability to problem solve
Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
High priority for attention to detail
Ability to maintain focus and stay acutely aware of their surroundings at all times
Ability to learn quickly and apply new procedures and skills
Previous experience in a manual labor or manufacturing environment
Realize the value in hard work, respectful communication, and collaboration
Requirements, responsibilities, and working conditions:
Assist with packaging operations such as bottling, canning and kegging
Must be able to bend over, twist, kneel, stand for the duration of a 10 hour shift
Focus on process details to ensure quality standards
Ability to recognize visual and audible cues signaling machinery performance issues in a fast-paced environment and communicate them immediately.
Minimum lift requirement is 50lbs and maneuver 160 pounds repeatedly
Requires proper handling of hazardous materials and operation of complex machinery
Sanitation and cleaning of all beer contact surfaces and equipment
Ability to work in cold and hot environments
Ability to work in a moderate to high noise levels
Willingness to work on and around potentially dangerous equipment/machinery is required
