- Focused on brewing for our busy taproom
- Experimental and innovative - always looking to create our own interpretations
- Passionate - obsessed with Belgian-inspired, hoppy, and sour beers
- Real and honest - no shortcuts, cheap ingredients, laziness, or b.s.
- Looking for someone to help us brew in Louisville and expand into a second location
We are looking for a brewer who:
- Is passionate - also obsessed with brewing and has a love of the Belgians
- Has high attention to detail and exemplary cleanliness and sanitation practices
- Is organized and mechanically inclined
- Is able to work independently (this brewer will be part of a small team and will be fully trained but must be able to work well on his or her own)
- Is trustworthy, reliable, hard-working, and has a good sense of humor
- Has some background in microbiology (not required but highly valued)
- Can follow existing SOPs while helping improve practices as we grow
- Education is great, so is experience - if you’re a great brewer, it doesn't matter what path you've taken.
