I am looking for someone that would be interested in a seasonal brewery position in a unique brewery that is part of Beech Mountain Resort in Beech Mountain, NC.

Our summer season runs from Memorial Day through mid October and winter season runs from Thanksgiving through mid March. Check us out online to learn more about the resorts offerings.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of commercial brewing experience and is familiar with all aspects of production and cellar. Our packaging is extremely simple as we only package in 1/6 bbl kegs to be sold on site at the resort.

7 bbl Brew House manufactured by Deutsche Beverage in Charlotte
Cellar consist of 4- 7bbl jacketed Uni-tanks
Single head semi-automatic keg washer
Extremely easy yeast management program
Consolidated work week with 3 days off each week
