BlackStack Brewing is a production brewery and taproom in Saint Paul, MN. We are looking to add a brewer to our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making great consistent beer and a desire to push boundaries and explore new flavors.
Responsibilities
Rotational shift work covering:
Wort production on a 20 BBL brewhouse
Minor Cellar duties
Packaging duties including canning line and kegging as needed
Abilities
Ability to work a flexible rotating schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Comfortable lifting 55 pounds and moving up to 165 pounds.
Ability to operate forklifts
Excellent record keeping ability
Yeast Management is a plus
Experience
1 to 2 years of brewing experience
