Job Description:

Tasks include but are not limited to all aspects of raw materials handling, transfer of finished beer, fermentation monitoring, yeast handling and pitching, clarification, transfers, finished beer monitoring, equipment CIP, and general sanitation.

Job Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Operate all aspects of Wild Goose canning line, including filling, CIP, & maintenance
Execute all cleaning, sanitation, and preparatory tasks for tanks to receive finished beer
Rack beer into kegs as directed by brewmaster
Clean and maintain all cooperage on a regular basis
Ensure that all beer is produced to standards and specification by following recipes and procedures as set by Brewmaster
Track and record volumes of all brite beer
Possess a well-rounded knowledge of brewing and beer styles beer knowledge

Job Requirements:
1-2 years of direct brewery experience
Ability to operate a forklift

Physical Requirements:
Lift 55 lbs from ground to shoulder high
Lift 110 lbs from ground to waist high and moving 165 lbs. along the floor
