Tin Whiskers is an award winning brewery in Lowertown Saint Paul seeking a brewer and cellar person to join our growing team.
Tin Whiskers has been producing Artfully Engineered (™) beers in Lowertown Saint Paul since April of 2014. Tin Whiskers was founded by three electrical engineers (Jeff Moriarty, Jake Johnson, and George Kellerman) who all met at the University of Minnesota. This shared background of engineering, beer, and general nerdiness has made its way into our identity, where we embrace everyone’s inner geek through a variety of taproom events, feature our robot mascot everywhere from our illustrated cans to our giant taproom mural, and even serve our beer flights on custom designed and built circuit board holders.

Summary of Brewer Position:
The most qualified candidate will become part the Tin Whiskers Brewing Company team and will report directly to the Head Brewer or President. Brewers participate in all facets of brewhouse and cellar operations and including but not limited to wort production, yeast management, record keeping, fermentation management, centrifuge operation, packaging, cleaning. Has creative duties as well which includes managing barrel program, pilot batch recipe design and execution, and managing infusion program.
