I recently moved back to Chicago, seeking a job at a brewery in the city or a close surrounding suburb. I have over three years of experience at both a production brewery and a brewpub working in all aspects of production. Im looking for a brewery that will provide an environment in which I can grow as a brewer as well as be creative. I'm currently brewing a couple different sour and mixed fermentation beers but I've brewed almost every style i can think of including some of the more modern Hazy IPAs, pastry stouts, and heavily fruited Kettle sours.
