Oswego Brewing is looking for an Assistant Brewer! We’re in search of someone passionate about beer, but more importantly, someone who is passionate about learning how to make the best beer possible. Our ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail oriented, and willingness to learn on the job. The Assistant Brewer position reports directly to the brewmaster and will be trained to work all aspects of brewing operations, from wort production to packaging.
