    Sibling Revelry Brewing operates a 30-barrel, 2 vessel, fully manual brewhouse with 30, 60- and 90-barrel fermentation vessels as well as a 1.5 barrel pilot brewery with 3 barrel fermentation vessels. We package our beer on a Wild Goose 250 canning line and manually filled kegs.

    We are a team-oriented family themed brewery and we all work together for the greater purpose of growing the brand with high quality beer and superior customer service. At Sibling Revelry Brewery, you will never be asked to do anything that your direct supervisor has not done and/or is willing to do and it is expected that you will perform any task that needs to be done for which you are trained. In other words, “That’s not my job.” should not be in your vocabulary

    Essential Functions
    • Responsible for tank CIP, including but not limited to safe dispensing and handling of chemicals required
    • Filling and operating the grain mill requiring the ability to lift approx. 55 pounds from the ground
    • Appropriate handing of cycling through kegs, including, but not limited to, cleaning and filling
    • Effective operation of the keg washing station utilizing a semi-automatic keg washer
    • Beer Transfer
    • Responsible for basic cellar duties including harvesting yeast and trub dropping
    • Represent the brewery at festivals and other local events as well as conduct brewery tours as needed
    • Maintain all equipment required to conduct a successful festival/event
    • Attend regularly scheduled brewer meetings
    • Operating the canning line including setup/breakdown, CIP, and maintaining and operating the fill station and depalletizing station
    • Operate the pilot brewery equipment
    • Operate the main brewery equipment



    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 2 years of brewing experience Head brewing / Solo brewing experience in a production or pub environment
    • Understanding of brewing principles and basic brewing science
    • Understanding of cellar duties including CIP, yeast handling, keg filling, and general brewery sanitation
    • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • Local candidates only (i.e. Greater Cleveland Area)
    • Basic familiarity with office productivity software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
    • Problem solving ability and ability to innovate for operational efficiency
    • Ability to prioritize along with a willingness to ‘switch-gears’ in an exciting, fast-paced, and ever-changing landscape
    • Strong communication skills - both in person, in writing, and over the phone
    • Ability to regularly lift up to 150 pounds
    • Ability to take and pass a background check



    Preferred Qualifications
    • Certified forklift operator
    • Basic Lab experience including yeast cell counting and invisible sentinel experience
    • Recipe development
    • Ekos Brewery Management software experience
    • Larger scale (20BBL +) production brewing experience
    • Accredited formal brewery education
    • Additional certifications (i.e. Cicerone, BJCP, etc.)
