Stable12 Sales Representative Job Summary:
Stable 12 Brewing Company is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, creative, hardworking and energetic sales representative. This person must have an engaging personality who works well with others and is ready to help grow the company. The sales representative will work closely with our wholesalers to maintain current relationships and grow new ones. He/she will be traveling daily to check on current accounts and open new ones. They will also be responsible for representing Stable 12 at beer fests and other promotional events.

-At least 21 years old
-Prior sales experience
-Preferred beer knowledge, but not required
-Safe driving record
-Valid driver’s license
-Registered, insured and dependable vehicle
-The ability to drive to and from accounts continuously
-Have a cell phone
-The ability to move cases of beer frequently, climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point of sale.
-Lift and/or move up to 165 pounds if needed
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
-The ability to work independently and well with others
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-The ability to multi-task and problem solve
-Flexible scheduling, the ability to work nights and weekends if need be

Role and Responsibilities:
-The sales representative will be responsible for selling Stable 12 beer in Philadelphia, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, Lehigh, Northampton, Schuylkill, Northumberland, Union, Center, Berks and Lancaster, Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Juniata, Lebanon, Mifflin, Perry and York Counties.
-Working directly with our wholesalers and brewing staff on current and upcoming beers
-Maintaining and strengthening current accounts and opening new ones
-Work with our social media team to coordinate new beer releases and promote products
-Providing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reports to owners and management
-Conduct training on Stable 12 products to off-premise account employees
-Professionally represent Stable 12
-Responsible for meeting or exceeding all sales goals

-One week paid vacation which kicks in after 90 days.
-Add a day of PTO for every year worked with the company. Total PTO is capped at three weeks.
-Paid company holidays New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and one floating holiday.
