I have nine years of experience in the industry, working for multiple breweries producing 3,000-35,000 barrels per year. During my time in the industry, I have developed a strong set of skills and knowledge that aid in my value as a brewer. Specifically, I have a solid foundation in production management, scheduling and forecasting, recipe development (clean, sour, barrel aged), and inventory management. I also have experience working collaboratively with vendors to ensure the brewery has quality ingredients and proper preventative maintenance supplies. Furthermore, I excel at creative problem solving and have a mechanical aptitude to ensure production is completed.
