KITCHEN MANAGER - WELL 80 ARTESIAN BREWING CO - OLYMPIA, WA

    About Well 80
Our brewpub, Well 80 Brewhouse, is a ~200 seat restaurant and bar featuring an on-display 10bbl brewery. We utilize an original Downtown Olympia artesian well - number 80 of 96 - which provides us with crystal-clear pure water year-round. Artesian water is historically relevant to Olympia’s history as a brewing town, and we’re proud to be bringing “Well Made Beer” back to the community. Our building has an open floor plan with high ceilings and exposed trusses, an all-ages section and a 21+ bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and a cozy lounge area with a fireplace and tv. The menu is simple, unique and fun, with original takes on pizza, burgers, sandwiches, apps, salads, popcorn, and more. Our bar serves Well 80 ales and lagers, guest beers and ciders, wine, and cocktails.

We are a family owned business with two other Olympia restaurants that have been in operation since the early 80’s.

We’re looking for someone to lead our kitchen and back of house, who fits comfortably within the parameters of our core values:
CHOPS: Community, Hospitality, Originality, Passion, and Stability.
-Community: Olympia is a prideful town, and we want to continue to be a valued and respected member of its community. Support our local community members and businesses through advocacy and outreach.
-Hospitality: Put smiles on faces and maintain a culture that drives guests to return again and again. Display empathy and compassion. “Service is the technical delivery of a product, hospitality is how the delivery of that product makes its recipient feel.” -Danny Meyer, CEO and Founder, Union Street Hospitality Group
-Originality: Our community is great because it is the sum of many parts, and we want our staff to express who they are, while still fitting into who we are as a whole. Keep our brand fresh, creative, inventive, unique, and cutting edge.
-Passion: Take pride in what we do while on the job and in the community, and have a good time doing it.
-Stability: Consistency in delivering our brand and products to our guests. Lets create an experience that people love, and work hard to re-create that each time they return.
