Lead Brewer - 5 years exp - Mechanical Engineering - Looking for new opportunity

    Hello and thanks for reading!
As I am currently employed, I have excluded my name for the sake of privacy.

    A quick bit about me:
I'm a Lead Brewer with 5 years professional brewing experience, current position is management of wort production, cellar and packaging operations while leading a team of 3 - a role I've held for 3 years. Educated at the Siebel Institute in Chicago, Certified Cicerone®, and have a BS in Mechanical Engineering. I am willing to relocate for the right opportunity.

I have experience on 15 BBL (3 years) and 50 BBL (2 years) brewhouses as well as 3 years experience with coolships, foeders, puncheons and barrels for sour beer and spontaneous ferments. Belgian-inspired brewing is my passion, but can also brew clean lagers and hazy ipa's, as well as the classics.

My ideal fit would be a farm-focused brewery - mixed fermentations, wood-aged beers, lagers, and old-world styles.

If this sounds like a good fit for your brewery, please reach out!
