River Horse Brewing Company, located in Ewing, New Jersey is looking for a unique individual to be our “Go To Person” at the brewery. You’ll need a hospitality focus, a passion for beer, an awesome personality, high energy, some serious mental horsepower and mad organizational skills.
OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
No two days will be alike. You’ll be planning events, managing our marketing efforts, providing sales support and handling some administrative tasks. Success will be determined by your ability multi task. We offer a competitive salary and a benefit package that includes health, dental and vision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasting Room Operations– Staffing, Inventory Management, Promotion, Merchandise, Appearance, Staff Training and ensuring a Positive Customer Experience
In House Special Events Planning – Staffing, Promotion, Ticketing
In House Private Events Planning – Staffing, Scheduling
Sales Support – Producing Sell Sheets, Ordering Promotional Supplies, Off Premise Event Staffing
Marketing – Weekly Newsletter, Coordination with Social Media Manager, Website Updates
Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work unsupervised while maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards
Previous management experience preferred
Availability to work a flexible schedule: days, nights and/or weekends
Strong communication skills especially writing
Familiarity with Photoshop
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Possess the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Quality-focused
Extreme attention to detail
