I am a 3+ yr Head Brewer experienced in making quality beers in many classic and modern "clean" styles (Ales and Lagers) as well as creating and maintaining BBL, Mixed fermentation, Quick souring, and Blending programs. I am experienced in all operations of a small to medium sized brewery as well as managing, QA/QC and scheduling in such facilities. I am based in the PACNW (Seattle area) but am also willing to relocate back to my home in the Midwest (In or near Illinois). I am in no rush and later in 2019 is better.
