I'm currently a head brewer at a successful 10bbl brewpub in the Midwest. I've been the head brewer for almost 3 years. Prior to this I was a brewer at a 30bbl production facility for 4 years, and a cellarman/manager for 3 years.

I have experience with brewing traditional styles, pastry sour, hazy ipas, heavy adjunct stouts, barrel aged stouts, and wild sours.

I have good background in most of the skills required to run a successful brewery(ordering, forecasting, financials, cost control, production scheduling, maintenance, and recipe development).

I'm looking for a brewery that is looking to grow and gets as excited for beer as I do.
