We’re seeking to add an experienced, full-time manager to oversee our Store &
Tasting Room operations and to support our General Manager. The ideal candidate
is enthusiastic, articulate, resilient and positive; they treat colleagues and guests
alike as family and are highly detail-oriented. They are very passionate about our
progressive European-inspired beers and our pursuit of world-class liquids, and
love discussing our beers and brewery with guests. Equally, they are inspired by life
in the White Mountains and by the community of Littleton, our hometown.
Our Store & Tasting Room is attached to our production facility (next door to our
brewpub). It sits on the banks of the Ammonoosuc River, features a large fireplace
and overhanging deck, and has its own beer garden and food truck. This beautiful
multi-use venue is home to full pours and tastings, bottle releases and similar beer-
focused events, and sports a wide array of merchandise. The Store & Tasting Room
Manager has responsibility for overseeing the whole of this operation, excluding the
food truck. They are also responsible for supporting our General Manager with
various tasks, including periodically serving as manager on duty of the whole of our
front of house operations.
This position is salaried (plus gratuities) and comes with health and other benefits.
Compensation is competitive and based on experience and performance. Successful
candidates must be able to work weekends, will have three references, and will be
well-versed in the retail-based aspects of our industry. Candidates are also required
to fully and successfully complete our job history questionnaire.
