Excellent opportunity for passionate brewer to be part of exciting new brewery in Toms River , NJ . Experience required . Will be involved from creative process all the way to cleaning . Duties include performing daily production functions in the brew house, cellar operations , and packaging required to meet daily production requirements . The Production Brewer position is focused on brewhouse and cellar operations . The scope of job duties includes but is not limited to wort production, cellar work, filtration, and cleaning.
