New Steam Book Ideas I need your opinion please...

I am writing a new book on steam boilers for breweries and distilleries which will focus on the day to day maintenance of a steam system. It will include the following:
    Understanding steam
Sequence of operation of a steam boiler
    Steam system troubleshooting
    Water treatment
    Low water cutoff
    Steam pressure controls
Using your senses to recognize problems
What else would you like to see included?
    Thanks
    Ray

Things that Every Boiler Operator should be aware of every day.
Things that should not be done with Steam boilers that can be dangerous, and learning how to recognize and avoid dangerous operating conditions by being in touch with the system every day. This includes knowing what can go wrong that can create a dangerous set of conditions and making the correct response which definitely can include SHUTTING THE SYSTEM DOWN, and BEING DOWN until the matter is dealt with correctly.
